1. Answer the viewer’s basic questions
Someone joining halfway through should quickly understand the round, the drivers and the result. Keep names readable, commentary clear and replay footage labelled.
Watch a short practice recording as if you were a new viewer. Can you follow the battle without knowing the drivers already? That is a useful first test for your show.
2. Reduce the rush between runs
The busiest moment often comes after the driving: a result arrives, a replay is ready and the next pair is staging. Manually changing names and scores while finding clips gives the operator several jobs at once.
Agree who calls for a replay and who brings the show back live. Rehearse that handoff so the next run does not get missed.
3. Automate graphics and simplify replays
Broadcast Overlays connects OBS graphics to your Live Judging Sheet. Driver information, scores, battle results and standings update as the judging workflow changes, reducing manual graphics work during the show.
Replay Recorder + Side-by-Side uses OBS hotkeys to record replay-camera views and load the latest and previous runs. Its comparison scene starts prepared clips together, helping viewers compare the driving.
Your operator still checks the clips and chooses when to show them. The recorder has specific hardware requirements, which we review before purchase.

Common questions
Can overlays update without someone typing every result?
Yes. Broadcast Overlays follows the Live Judging Sheet and updates OBS browser sources as you score. It requires the Live Judging module.
Will the replay tool work on our streaming PC?
We check compatibility before purchase. The current recorder workflow requires Windows, Assetto Corsa, CSP, OBS and a dedicated second NVIDIA GPU. That is a module requirement, not a general OBS requirement.
