1. Reuse profiles, confirm entries
A returning driver should not have to retype every detail for every round. Give them a chance to confirm changes such as their team or driver number.
Keep the season’s driver list separate from the current round’s entrants. Being known to the league does not mean someone has registered to drive this weekend.
2. Make the current round unmistakable
Use a clear round name on entry information, staff notes and published results. Check that everyone is looking at the intended event before preparing groups.
Review the latest results before sharing updated standings. If a correction is needed, make the revised version easy to identify and retain the earlier record for your staff.
3. Reuse the data and refresh the output
Applications & Event Registration lets approved drivers register for events using their existing profile. Live Judging supports the competition workflow and season standings.
Event Results Graphics can turn supported standings data into images for review and sharing. These tools reduce repeated forms and graphic preparation, while your staff remain responsible for the correct round and confirmed results.

Common questions
Does a driver profile count as a round entry?
No. A reusable profile holds driver information; event registration confirms which round the driver intends to enter.
Are standings graphics published automatically?
No. Event Results Graphics exports images. Staff check the round and standings, then share the approved version.
