Applications & Event Registration, Live Judging and Broadcast Overlays solve different jobs. Check each module’s requirements before choosing; for example, overlays need Live Judging.
2. Decide who will handle installation
Software only suits a team ready to handle installation, account connections and configuration. We confirm self-install readiness before purchase.
Guided setup adds installation on your accounts, your branding and a staff walkthrough on a call. It includes one hour per module, or two hours for Applications & Event Registration.
You can mix the options. Choose guided setup where you need a hand and software only where your team is comfortable doing the work.
3. Plan for running the tools afterwards
Both options give your organization the current module version to run on your own accounts and computers. Your team operates the event and keeps its data.
Ongoing hosting, updates and maintenance are not included. Extra installation help is available at $60 per hour, and competition consulting at $80 per hour, with scope agreed first.

Can I mix software-only and guided-setup options?
Yes. Choose an option for each module. The estimate separates software from setup time, and we confirm the final scope before purchase.
Does the three-module discount include setup time?
No. Selecting three or more modules saves 20% on their software portion. Setup time and consulting are excluded from that discount.
