1. Make the day easy to understand
Before opening entries, tell drivers when to arrive, what they need and how qualifying and battles will work. Give each staff member a clear job. A short practice event helps everyone understand the flow before the real competition.
The goal is simple: drivers know what happens next, and your team knows who handles it.
2. Find the jobs you keep repeating
Copying application details, chasing missing information, calling the next driver and preparing another server session all compete for staff attention. When several things happen at once, those small jobs can slow the event down.
Start with the task that interrupts your team most often. That is usually a better first automation than buying every tool at once.
3. Let the tools handle repeated updates
Applications & Event Registration collects driver details in Discord and saves them in your Sheet. Staff approve applications, and drivers reuse their profile to enter events.
Live Judging brings the run order and scoring together. Add In-Game Announcer to call the selected driver and tell the next driver to stage.
Server Preset Manager prepares practice, qualifying and battle presets from your entry list, with a preview before deployment. Your staff still run the event; the tools handle more of the repetitive work.

Common questions
Do I need every module?
No. Start with the job you want to simplify. Some modules need another module to work; those dependencies and prices are shown on the module cards.
Can you help us get set up?
Yes. Choose guided setup for installation and a staff walkthrough on a call. Software-only options are also available if your team is ready to install and run the tools.
